01 / About

Asia's marketing forum
for builders, brands,
and bold ideas.

APMF was founded in 2008. Across nineteen editions, the forum has brought together the people who shape consumer engagement in Asia Pacific. Brand leaders, agency founders, growth operators, platform builders, and the next generation already remaking the discipline.

The 2026 edition runs three days at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center. Keynotes from the people doing the work, hands-on labs, intimate roundtables, and the kind of unstructured time that turns hallway introductions into year-long collaborations.

The theme this year is Blueprint the Beyond. Because the playbook everyone was using is gone, and the next one isn't going to write itself.

02 / What APMF is built on

Knowledge.
Experience.
Connection.

Three things, since the first edition. The knowledge to compete. The experience to remember. The connections that compound long after you fly home from Bali. Blueprint the Beyond is the lens we hold them up to in 2026.

Pillar 01
Knowledge
Inspiring keynotes, best-in-class case studies, and hands-on labs from speakers who lead the work. Not just talk about it. Designed to send you home with something you can use on Monday.
Pillar 02
Experience
Three days in Bali designed for unexpected discoveries. Curated rooms, side events, off-stage dinners, and unstructured time built for the conversations that only happen in person.
Pillar 03
Connection
The room holds the people who control more than 90% of marketing and media budget across the region. APMF is built so you actually meet them. Not just sit in the same building.
03 / Who attends

Who's

04 / Program

Three days.
One blueprint.

Three days in Bali. Each one takes one of the three pillars and turns it into rooms: keynotes, working labs, fireside chats, and the unstructured time that only matters when you're actually in the same place.

Day One
05 Aug
Knowledge.
  • Opening keynote: How the work has changed in eighteen months
  • Case study lab: What the biggest brands are quietly testing
  • Fireside: Where the budget actually goes now
  • Roundtable: What an agency is supposed to look like in 2026
Day Two
06 Aug
Experience.
  • Keynote: Designing for a market that won't sit still
  • Lab: Building a community that does more than fill a Slack
  • Workshop: The new brief for AI-native creative production
  • Off-stage: The blueprint dinner
Day Three
07 Aug
Connection.
  • Keynote: Brands that will still matter in 2035
  • Curated meet-ups: Find the people you came to find
  • Fireside: First-party data and what it actually buys you
  • Closing: What we take home from Bali
05 / Registration

Buy the seats now.
Decide who fills them
later.

APMF 2026 uses a buyer-first registration model. Companies can purchase passes immediately, then assign delegate names and details anytime before the event. Built for secretaries, admins, and team leads buying on behalf of others.

Step 01
Buy passes
Choose how many seats your company needs and complete payment in one transaction. No delegate names required at this point.
Step 02
Assign later
Your secure dashboard lets you assign delegates directly, or send each one a personal invite link to fill in their own details.
Step 03
Personal QR codes
Once a seat is complete, the delegate receives their own QR pass by email, ready for arrival in Bali.
Step 04
Scan & enter
Onsite, every delegate scans their QR at check-in, prints their badge, and walks straight into the forum.

Replacements and name changes are supported until 7 days before the event opens.

07 / Questions

The questions
that come up most.

Can my company buy multiple passes in one transaction?
Yes. APMF 2026 is built for company purchases. Choose your quantity, enter buyer and billing details, complete payment in one step, and assign delegates later.
Do I need to know delegate names when I buy?
No. The buyer-first model is the whole point. You can purchase passes without naming a single delegate. Names, emails, and details are added later from your dashboard, or filled in by each delegate via a personal invite link.
Until when can we change or replace delegates?
Until seven days before the event opens. After that window, name changes require manual support and may carry a small service fee.
How do delegates receive their entry credentials?
Each delegate receives their own QR pass by email once their seat data is complete. The QR is the only credential needed for onsite check-in and badge printing.
What is included in the pass?
Full access to all three days of programming, all stages and labs, curated networking, partner showcases, official side events, and the post-event session library.
Is the event in English?
Yes. The main programme is conducted in English. Selected sessions may have additional language support announced closer to the event.
Are refunds available?
Passes are non-refundable, but fully transferable. Replace delegates at any time before the seven-day cutoff without additional charge.
