This Terms and Conditions document governs registration, purchase, delegate assignment, attendance, access, and participation in APMF 2026 (the "Event").

By purchasing, registering for, completing delegate information for, accessing, or attending the Event, each Buyer and Delegate agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Registration and Information Accuracy

The Buyer and each Delegate must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current.

The Organizer may rely on submitted information for registration processing, order administration, payment confirmation, delegate assignment, badge printing, QR issuance, event check-in, onsite operations, event communications, and reporting.

The Organizer reserves the right to suspend, reject, correct, limit, or cancel any registration where submitted information is incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, misleading, fraudulent, or operationally invalid.

4. Purchase, Payment, and Confirmation

An order is not fully confirmed until payment has been successfully received or otherwise expressly confirmed by the Organizer.

Prices, availability, promotions, and registration conditions may change before final confirmation.

5. Delegate Assignment and Replacement

One Buyer may purchase one or more seats and assign those seats to Delegates. Where permitted, a Buyer may assign, update, or replace a Delegate before the applicable deadline.

6. Access Credentials, QR Codes, and Badges

All Access Credentials are personal to the relevant Delegate and may not be shared, transferred, sold, copied, reused by another person, or tampered with.

The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry, suspend access, or revoke credentials if any credential appears invalid, duplicated, unpaid, or non-compliant.

7. Event Rules and Delegate Conduct

All attendees must comply with Event rules, venue rules, access restrictions, security procedures, health and safety instructions, and lawful directions from the Organizer and venue staff.

The Organizer may refuse admission or remove any person for misconduct, harassment, disruptive behavior, safety risk, misuse of credentials, or breach of these Terms.

8. Photography, Video, Audio, and Event Documentation

The Event may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, recorded, or otherwise documented by the Organizer and its authorized partners.

By attending, each Delegate acknowledges that their name, image, likeness, voice, and presence may be captured and used for Event documentation, publicity, promotional materials, social media, website publication, archival use, and future Event promotion.

9. Promotional and Event-Related Communications

By accepting these Terms, the Buyer and Delegate agree that the Organizer may send transactional, operational, event-related, and relevant promotional communications.

10. Personal Data and Privacy

The Organizer may collect, use, store, process, and handle personal data for registration, payment, identity verification, badge production, QR issuance, check-in, security, analytics, and communication delivery.

The Organizer intends to handle personal data in accordance with its Privacy Notice and applicable Indonesian personal data protection requirements.

11. Event Changes, Postponement, and Cancellation

The Organizer reserves the right to change date, time, venue, format, program, speaker lineup, session schedule, room allocation, and access procedures where reasonably necessary.

12. Refunds and Commercial Corrections

Except where required by mandatory law or expressly stated, completed purchases are non-refundable.

13. Intellectual Property

All Event branding, materials, schedules, content, recordings, websites, and related materials remain the property of the Organizer or the relevant rights holder.

14. Disclaimer

The Event and related systems are provided on an "as available" basis. The Organizer does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free services, or that all experiences will match individual expectations.

15. Limitation of Liability

The Organizer's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the relevant order. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Indemnity

The Buyer and Delegate agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from claims arising out of breach of these Terms, misuse of credentials, unlawful conduct, or unauthorized use of Event Materials.

17. Force Majeure

The Organizer is not responsible for delay or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

18. Language

The English version of these Terms and Conditions is the sole legally binding version.

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of [chosen court or dispute forum in Indonesia].

20. Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

21. Updates to These Terms

The Organizer may update these Terms from time to time. The version accepted at registration may be retained as the operative version.

22. Acceptance

By ticking the acceptance checkbox, submitting a registration form, completing delegate information, using a QR code or badge, or attending the Event, the Buyer and Delegate confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and the applicable Privacy Notice.
